The Company has established this request process so officers and employees of the Company who have a legitimate business need can access H:drive and email files of [Cash, Michelle]   former employees.  The user's account will be active for 2 business days to allow the requestor sufficient time to  [Cash, Michelle]  copy, review, or examine pertinent files.  

If you encounter files/emails that are clearly personal [Cash, Michelle]  , you should not review them beyond determining that they are personal in nature.  Activities should center only on your business requirements.  However, should you discover any information of a criminal nature [Cash, Michelle]  ,  [Cash, Michelle]   or violations of company policy,  you must report this information to IT Security and Controls.
